ARTWORKS

All the artworks are individual, so please read the detail about size, material or whether is it framed or unframed etc

EXTRA INFORMATION

POSTAGE

Postage, packing, and insurance are included in the price for UK buyers. Wherever possible tracked postage will be by Parcel Force and take approximately 5-8 days from posting. Signature will be required on delivery. Please be aware that I will be undertaking package and posting personally and there may be a short delay to posting if I am away from base on a painting trip. Unusual destinations or exceptional packages may mean a variation to the above timings. NB. C19 – currently postal times may vary due to Corona Virus disruption and are sadly beyond my control.

INSURANCE

Insurance is included in the postage and packing package so please let me know if your package does not arrive in good condition.

PACKAGING

Wherever possible packaging will be environmentally aware and may include reused or recycled components. If it is necessary to use plastic tubing to protect fragile drawings, please make every effort to recycle, reuse or donate these, or you may post them back to me (at your own cost) for me to reuse. Thank you.

RETURNS

It is possible to return a purchase. Re-postage must take place within 10 days of receipt, and the package is carefully repacked, insured, tracked and sent to arrive within a similar time-frame to the initial arrival time with you. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORT TAXES FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Any import taxes incurred for purchases made outside the UK will be met by the buyer. Invoices, postage documentation and relevant customer declarations will be made at the time of posting in the UK.

All my artwork is original and I retain copyright (Kim Whitby © 2020) which means simply that no one may reproduce my artwork without my permission.
